SHIPPING / RETURN POLICY
Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
- Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Occasionally we offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly advertised on our website and social media.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
- We currently ship to addresses across Canada.
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.
- Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather.
U.S. & International Shipping
- U.S. shipping is temporarily unavailable due to increased costs. We’re working on a solution to reopen this option soon.
- We currently do not ship internationally.
Local Pickup
- Free Local Pickup is available at Oliver’s Butcher & Catering (Welland, ON).
- You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup (usually within 1–2 business days).
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
Damages, Lost, or Missing Packages
- Baja Boutique is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
Hot Weather Notice (Seasonal)
- Products like body butters may soften in hot weather during transit. If this happens, place them in the fridge for 15–20 minutes before use. This does not affect product quality.
Returns & Refunds
- Due to the nature of our skincare and body products, all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons.
- If you received the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.
