Where do you ship?

We currently ship across Canada. Local pickup in Niagara is also available on select items.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but you’ll get a tracking number once your package is on the way.

Do you offer free shipping? 

Yes — on orders over $100. Also, keep an eye on our promotions or bundles for free shipping offers!

Can I return a product? 

Due to the personal nature of skincare, body care and candles, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out — we’ll always make it right.

🌿 Ingredients & Product Info

 

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free? 

Yes! Our butters, scrubs, soaps and candles are all vegan-friendly and never tested on animals.

 

Do your products contain parabens or sulfates? 

Nope — everything is made small batch with clean, skin-friendly ingredients you can feel good about.

 

What if I have sensitive skin? 

We recommend starting with our Care Bare unscented body butter or our gentle Milk, Oats & Honey soap. Always patch test first if you’re unsure.

 

What is the shelf life for body butters? 

Approximately 1-2 years after opening. Body butters are anhydrous products, meaning they are formulated without water and therefore bacterial growth is greatly reduced resulting in a relatively long shelf life.

 

What is the body scrub shelf life?

Foaming scrubs can last up to 8 months after opening. Scrubs, as opposed to body butters, contains water and as such the shelf life is significantly reduced.  For this reason, natural preservatives are incorporated into the formulas.

 

What happens if my body butter is received but melted? 

Warmer temperatures and conditions will increase the likelihood of your body butter arriving to you melted. The skin loving properties are still there and beneficial, just in a different state. If your body butter is liquid please, place the body butter in the fridge for it to harden.

 

Your products smell so good and they look so real! Can they be eaten?

We get this often! While it is tempting, please resist and DO NOT ingest any our products.
