Return & Refund Policy

At Baja Boutique, your satisfaction is very important to us. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare, body care, and candle products, all sales are final.

However, we know things can happen! Here’s how we handle issues:

❌ Returns

  • For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.
  • Unopened items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, but you must contact us first for approval. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

🔄 Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
  • To request a refund, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at bajaboutiquesales@gmail.com with:
    • Your order number
    • A photo of the product/packaging
    • A brief description of the issue
  • Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the funds. 

 

🚚 Lost or Missing Packages 

Baja Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped. Please file a claim directly with the carrier if this happens.

We urge you to check all information before submitting payment. Since we do not offer exchanges or refunds, we encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions about a specific product.
